COCONUT COFFEE FRAPPUCINO (about 85 calories)
1 heaping TB instant coffee (or more, if you like it stronger)
1/2 cup milk (I like unsweetened almond milk ~ either vanilla or plain, which is only 30 calories per cup ~ so 15 calories used here. Coconut milk or regular milk are fine too)
1/4 cup coconut liquid coffee creamer (If you can find the Almond Joy flavor, that's great too. Even a chocolate or mocha flavor would work ~ or use Italian Sweet Cream or French Vanilla, if you're using coconut milk {and those come in sugar-free} ~ about 70 calories here)
4-5 ice cubes
For ALMOND JOY version: (about 110 calories)
add about 2 tsp. chocolate syrup (I like dark, but there's also sugar-free too) ~ about 30 calories
