1 box Devil’s Food, Chocolate Fudge or Dark Chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup raspberry jam
2 eggs
4 TB oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 TB chocolate syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
Sparkling or sanding sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 400. Line 18-20 muffin tins with paper liners and give a quick spray.
Mix all ingredients together well in large bowl (adding chocolate chips after other ingredients are blended well). Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar. Bake 13-15 minutes. Cool on rack.
