CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER Cup FRAPPUCCINO
3/4 cup brewed strong coffee............................................1-2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 cup cold milk (I prefer unsweetened Vanilla almond milk {15 calories}, but you can use whatever milk you like {calories vary up to about 85 calories for whole milk})
1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder (I like dark).....................1 TB creamy peanut butter
1-2 tsp. sugar or regular white Splenda............................4-5 ice cubes

Put everything into your blender and whirl it until thick and creamy. Pour into a big glass and enjoy!
