Carefully spread a little chocolate frosting along the rim of each glass. Put the finely chopped nuts into a saucer, and dip the coated rims into the nuts. Carefully drizzle a little chocolate syrup around the inside of each glass. Add a couple of ice cubes to each glass.
Mix vodka, chocolate liqueur, cream, nut liqueur, and chocolate syrup in a shaker or large covered jar. Shake for about 30 seconds. Carefully pour the cocktail into the garnished glasses. Makes 1 large or 2 smaller drinks.
