4 TB whipped cream or vanilla vodka
3 TB Chocolate liqueur
3 TB half-and-half or cream
2 TB nut liqueur (i.e. Amaretto or Frangelica are good)
2 TB ~plus~ drizzle of Hershey's dark chocolate syrup for garnish
OPTIONAL garnish: canned chocolate frosting and chopped nuts
TIP: 2 TB = 1 fluid ounce ** 2 fluid oz. = 1/4 cup
Carefully spread a little chocolate frosting along the rim of each glass. Put the finely chopped nuts into a saucer, and dip the coated rims into the nuts. Carefully drizzle a little chocolate syrup around the inside of each glass. Add a couple of ice cubes to each glass.
Mix vodka, chocolate liqueur, cream, nut liqueur, and chocolate syrup in a shaker or large covered jar. Shake for about 30 seconds. Carefully pour the cocktail into the garnished glasses. Makes 1 large or 2 smaller drinks.
