Fresh FRUIT SALAD PIE
About 6-8 cups cut-up fresh fruit (I had peaches, plums, mango and cantaloupe ~ a handful of green grapes, that I cut in half ~ plus about 1/2 banana was left, sliced)
1/4 cup cornstarch ............................1/4 cup white sugar or regular white Splenda (not baking blend)
about 1 tsp. cinnamon.......................about 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
about 2 TB "eggbeaters" whisked w/water ~or~ 1 egg yolk whisked w/water (for egg wash on crust)
