CARAMEL APPLE SANGRIA
1 bottle (750 ml) white wine
1 bottle (or about 6 cups) sparkling apple cider
1/4 cup caramel syrup ~OR~ 1 cup caramel vodka
4 apples, sliced or chopped

Chill the white wine and sparkling apple cider. If you’re using caramel syrup, whisk it into about 1 cup of either the wine; then mix together wine and cider. If you’re using caramel vodka, just mix everything together.
Add the apples to the sangria ~ put into a pitcher or glasses with ice.
