CARAMEL APPLE PUDDING SHOTS
1 small package butterscotch instant pudding
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup apple vodka (mine was green apple)
1/4 cup caramel or butterscotch flavored liquor (I used butterscotch schnapps)
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
Caramel syrup
Sprinkles for garnish

Whisk together milk, liquors and pudding mix in a bowl until combined. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip, a little at a time. Spoon the mixture into shot glasses (about 2 oz.) with lids ~ don't fill more than 3/4-full or they'll smoosh when you put the lid on. Drizzle a little caramel syrup on top; and a few sprinkles. Refrigerate or freeze at least 2 hours (or up to 2 days) before serving.
Makes about 2-1/2 to 3 dozen (depends on the size of your shot glasses ~ I got 28 with 2 oz. glasses)
