The HOMEMADE Slightly Creamy STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE is good on either salad
1 cup fresh strawberries (about 8 - chopped)
2 TB extra-virgin Olive oil
2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
1 TB mayonnaise (mine has olive oil in it)
1 TB honey or agave syrup (can add more if you like it sweeter)
1/4 tsp, Salt

Put everything in a blender or mini food processor. Process or blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener as needed. If it’s too thick, you can add a tsp. of milk (or more), as needed. Transfer into a jar or salad bottle. Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks
Put all ingredients into blender or jar; blend/shake until well blended.
