2 fresh peaches, cut in half then into slices (or about 2 cups frozen peaches)
1/2 cup any milk (I like unsweetened Vanilla Cashew or Almond Milk)~OR~ vanilla or peach or honey yogurt (I like Greek God Honey Vanilla for a with-sugar version ** Silk peach or Nancy's Oatmilk for a non-dairy version ** Carbmaster or TwoGood Peach for a very-low sugar version)
honey or agave nectar or sugar or Splenda
***
Put the cut fresh peaches into the freezer and freeze solid. Then, put the peaches into your food processor and let it run until they're small crumbles. Stay close by, because the lid or blade may pop off at first, because the peaches will be so hard! ... You can pulse it towards the end.
Then, drizzle about 1-2 TB honey (depends how sweet you want it), sugar or Splenda on top and pulse that in a few times. Now, while the food processor is running, drizzle the almond milk or drop in dollops of the yogurt. When it's all in there, just pulse a few times until it's mixed through. Eat immediately or put into a container to freeze.
TIP: If you freeze it, it will be really hard. I microwaved the container for 20 seconds and it was perfect and ready to eat.
NOTE: It will be more like "ice milk" if you use the Almond Milk. It will be creamier (and will freeze better) if you use the yogurt. But, unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk has 0 sugar and only 30 calories per cup, so the almond milk is lower in calories and sugar-free. Your choice!
