EASY Grilled CORN on the COB ** in foil packets ** Corn was only $.12 each yesterday at the store, so I put some into my Southwest Edaname Corn Succotash and also grilled some on the BBQ. * When I buy fresh corn at the store, I pull the husks off at the store (they have a trash can next to the corn). That way I can be sure that each ear is perfect inside, and I don't have the mess of the silk & husks at home. I put the husked ears in a pan of water at home, to keep them as fresh as possible until time to grill. Then, I just put each corn on a piece of foil ~ sprayed with some buttery non-stick spray and sprinkled with a little Kosher salt. Tightly wrap up each corn cob and toss on the grill. They'll be done when your meat is ready **
