Today is NATIONAL GRAND MARNIER DAY, but I use TRIPLE SEC instead of Grand Marnier. Triple Sec is clear, a little less intense and much cheaper ~ since I use it for baking and cooking, it's actually a better choice than Grand Marnier. Other orange liqueur choices are Cointreau (similar to Grand Marnier and brandy-based) and Curacao (similar to Triple Sec ~ lighter and better suited to fruity, tropical drinks) **
