8 cups fresh orange juice, chilled
1 can pineapple juice, chilled (59 oz.) ~ or prepare 2 cans frozen pineapple juice concentrate, per instructions
1 can Cream of Coconut (15 oz.)
4 cups Ginger Ale, Chilled
2 cups Rum (OPTIONAL)
Combine first three ingredients (plus rum, if using). Place in the refrigerator and chill at least 2 hours. Add Ginger ale just before serving. Makes about 4 quarts.
