QUESO dip * serve with chips * I just put a block of Velveeta cheese or about 1 lb. of cheddar cheese (cut into cubes) with 1 or 2 blocks of cream cheese (cut into cubes) into my crockpot and melt them ** Stir in 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes (I use one mild, and one spicy)... and you're done!
